Well I currently have a suit against ON TIME they sold me a flood car frame severely damaged the car had a valid inspection sticker and I bought the car two months after they had it inspected. When I had the car put on a lift the frame is no good I could seriously be hurt or killed if in an accident. Also Ive found the car is listed as salvage they never disclosed to me that information.They charge 900%interest and charge all types of fees that no one can explain. Please by pass Ontime they are crooked and Ive delt with three different people in 1 year they all claim to own the business when the truth is none of them have any ownership its owned by one female whom I knew nothing about until my lawsuit .FYI I gave them the opportunity to fix it in house after showing Walter the pics and the statement from a va state inspector and he coldly refused and stated they sold me a good car.ud83eudd26‍♀ufe0f

Bought a car in January, paid it off in February. Here it is the beginning of March and I'm having to replace the transmission that still has less than 200 thousand miles. This is after the $1500.00 for the car, the couple repairs they actually told us, and the other $500 of repairs that we weren't told about. Also, when I went to pay off the car, I was told they didn't have the title after I had to ride with expired 30 day tags for two weeks. 3 hours later they found it. Very unprofessional and a rip off.
