Everyone was very friendly, Missouri has been doing a superb job on my hair. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Will definitely be going back.
They are extremely professional and clean. The products they sell are also amazing. I would definitely recommend going here. I have only ever had one bad experience, and they were courteous to my issues, and offered to fix it as soon as I brought it up.
Best male haircut in downtown Norfolk. Gotta make a reservation though or you won't get in! Recommend calling a day or two before and you should be good
Jakes place is a nice clean place where they make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Their barbers are professional and courteous always greet you with a smile and you know you'll be getting a good cut using fine products. Taylor is excellent at her job!
After 30 years, I finally found someone who could do a great job on my hair. I started going to Jake's place nearly a year ago and every time, the day after I leave, I call to tell them how great my hair looks. Everybody I know and even strangers always tell me how great it looks. Everyone at the front desk is very kind, professional and personable. You get what you pay for and Jake's is a bargain at any price.
