Asked for a ride to take my dog to the vet and they said they would only give me a ride for a small dog, so they won’t accept a big dog. I ask why, and he says we don’t have cars for big dogs. Well my dog has only ever enjoyed a small car but enjoy your small rating

I called this service at 1am when I have exhausted my options for travel through both uber and lyft. They assured they would show up to take me home. They did not. Do not rely on this company.

Driver took a long way around when he discovered I didn't live in Richmond, got on the interstate in rush hour traffic, so what should have been 3 miles cost $21. He used the excuse of construction, but I work and drive here every day and know the roads. He was very prompt, polite, and the reservation process was great, but being cheated is why I only give it 2 stars.
