Anything they have fried is very lightly breaded and very good tasting. I love fried okra and they have the best. I've had the catfish and a white fish I've had steam shrimp and jokingly I said can I get it peeled amazingly joke on me they did It was awesome. I hate to give away my secrets but my wife and I travel down that way to see our grandkids and we started taking the back roads and there we have found many treasures along the way great restaurants ice cream parlor I should call them creameries but the slow and easy route 17 from our location to Virginia Beach is a very relaxing ride staying off of 95 and 64 seems to me people are in a hurry to die on those two roads, no thank you!
The food is always top-notch, fresh and well prepared. The staff is friendly and focused on the customer. I have eaten at several of their locations and the quality is always the same.
Shrimp is excellent. Perfectly prepared. Bubba's dipping sauce is delicious with the shrimp. Green beans taste like my grandmother's. Excellent service.
THEE absolute best seafood I've had in quite some time. Had the shrimp basket w/ mac and green beans. Thought the price was a little high after ordering but the quality and taste certainly proved it was not. Son and I will be repeat customers for sure!!
Delicious food, not crazy expensive, we're never disappointed when we eat at Bubba's. The staff is always friendly and will make sure that we are satisfied.
