09-17-2020nnAbsolutely horrible experience. From the restaurant to the delivery driver, Patrick (Chop Chip RVA)that demanded I show him my ID upon me greeting him and introducing myself. How else would I know there was an order to be delivered here? He walks up the stairs barely looks at my ID and instead of placing the food in my hand he places it on the ground in the rain. This was my first time ordering from On The Rox and I will never do it again. So I ordered the wings which were not fully cooked, chicken tenders and fries for my kids which was ok and a mimosa kit that advertised a bottle of champagne, TWO BOTTLES of orange juice and a GLASS. They took it upon them self to send me used bottle of 64 FL oz bottle of orange juice that literally had barely a cup of juice in it with two plastic cups. Not only is this unsanitary but it’s unprofessional on every level for a licensed dood establishment to give a customer a beverage that has been used and tampered with. I will be contacting the Health department and USDA Meat and Poultry to file a complaint. I completely wasted my hard earned money and time on this place. Then I call there restaurant to ask them why they sent it the individual that answered said they don’t have individually bottles juice and they ran out of tops to place it in a cup. Very nice!!!!nnThey only reason for the 1 star is because I had to select a star tonleave this review but they don’t even deserve that.

My husband and I love going to brunch here. He literally gets the failure pile every single visit & I get the chocolate chip pancakes with bacon & the spiked whipped cream

Excellent location for quality Bar food. Excellent spot to spend time alone or talk business. The service was helpful and kind. Makes me feel like I in Nashville again.

5 stars! From the chef to the owner and bartender all wonderful people and great service! Food is always on point! Been here multiple times brunch, night out , bar crawls etc . Did I mention the food is great!?! Brisket is a must try

Words can't describe how amazing everything was. The chef came out and asked us how we wanted our food. 10 out of 10
