You’re better off walking behind the counter and finding your package yourself. If you expect someone to take initiative or actually work here you are out of luck. Bunch of smooth brains employed here.
It’s the holiday season and shipping is always busy, that doesn’t account for the amount of mismatched signs on their doors. They need to update the signs to show how many people are not only allowed into the clerks office at a time but ALSO the lobby! I had two older gentleman try to step in front of me while I had already been waiting patiently in line and then they tried to correct my boyfriend who had carried our package to be mailed inside for me. Only for these two men to continue to check the doors, make remarks, and discuss the amount of people authorized in the location...the signs say four people but the clerk said three. Get your signs updated so folks don’t have to listen to ornery old people!!!
This is a small post office in a small town. Everytime I have been there the staff has been pleasant, quick and efficient ud83dude0a
Can never get intouch with them over the phone and they have the same hours as I do for work so I can never get out there which is my own issue.
I wish I could give a lower rating. They like to mark packages as delivered and then not actually deliver them for days. They also don't actually deliver packages or mail to my neighborhood when they are supposed to and the icing on the cake, the delivery guy for my neighborhood has been recorded throwing packages.
