Completely rude angry woman was irritated when I asked her the process of their business since I never used a process server before. Don't use this company.

I hired their company to serve documents on a Corporation. The documents hasn't been served as of now because we are having a challenge of someone being presence at their residence. I like Hester Stan process services company.nnHowever, the receptionist who name is Ms. Carrie is kind of arrogant, seems to have an attitide all the time, and sounds hyper when you speak to her over the phone.nnI simply just shared an suggeation about serving the documents because the Defendant leave his house early in the morning.nnBut her mind went into a state of assuming I did not like their company processing services. I hope Ms. Carrie will be more friendly with her phone skills to people because customers are the life blood of a business.nnI am a business owner myself and I always treat every customer with kindness and respect over the phone and in person.nnIn closing, your reputation means everything.
