Worst company to do business with. I wish I can rate it a zero. I purchased a package to Jamaica back in September I checked to ensure there were no restrictions to Jamaica. At the time there were no restrictions so I booked my Honeymoon getaway. Excellence resort has a Honeymoon Suite with a private pool is called the Excellence Club Honeymoon Roof Top Terrace with Plunge Pool Club Lounge with Premium Level. Excitement kicked in. Me and my soon to be wide couldn’t wait to enjoy all the amenities the resort offers and a few day tours. Well long and behold the day of the trip November 8th 2020 we arrived at the airport only be turned back home was told we couldn’t travel since we didn’t have a Covid-19 test result showing we’re negative. I explained at the check in counter at American Airlines that we weren’t told about the Covid-19 requirement exposed by the government of Jamaica I explained we book it online and we checked there weren’t no restrictions. They employee from American Airlines told that there was nothing they can do. I went home called Vacations By Excellence spoke to someone very apologetic and that the refunds would be issued immediately. Well I’m still waiting on the refund the blame the airline the airline blames them. Oh they have offered a credit with a few of a $100 per ticket to use the tickets at this point I will use it since they leave me no choice or be out of approximately $2200.00. It will be the last time I will use this company and inform everyone I know, friends, family, coworkers, social media outlets, and anyone that comes into my business about how they do business. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THS COMPANY!
