Horrible office manager. Very rude, over mistakes she made. We had not even made an appointment yet before she snapped at us and taking no responsibility for wording or actions. We called two or three times trying to schedule an appointment. Then when we get on the phone she explains it's the telephone companies fault for not updating the hours, which can be updated on Google. Hell, a good samaritan could do it there's no password yet she starts with an attitude as if it was rude to ask why. Then I was given the proper hours they work NOW during COVID and she never answered the phone. The message either played on lunch or we are closed.....and I wouldn't get a call back for three days every time. On top of it all she told me I couldn't talk to the owner she was the office manager and if I wanted to talk to them I would have to come in when they are there, IF SHE decided she would ALLOW us to get set with an appointment. Which I told her that she was rude and explained this was horrible customer service which just made her stutter everything she was attempting to say then hung up on me to call me like a week later and leave me a voice mail saying I'll reschedule you?!?!?!? Lmao NEVER!!!!!! If any one needs a professional with class y'all need to go to Rebound Chiropractor so amazing and professional! 12103 Jefferson Ave STE A, Newport News, VA 23606. My husband has never felt better!

Bruce does whatever it takes to get you back in the game, even if it is on his personal time. He always takes care of me and works around my schedule to accommodate.

Amazing chiropractor, very detailed and show attention to certain areas to make sure injuries won’t continue.

Poquoson Chiropractic, Family Medicine and Pediatrics is such a breath of fresh air. I have been going there for Chiro for 8 years and have recently switched to Dr. Ledger as my primary care physician. When my son was sick they fit me right in with the pediatrician. Every physician takes their time and gives you their full attention. The front staff is quick and very efficient. I would recommend this clinic to anyone 5/5 service!

Dr McEwen is wonderful! He listens very well, is interested in all of you (mind, body, environment, lifestyle), and explains his approach. He's wonderfully pro-Poquoson and has great ideas for the future! He's an awesome chiropractor who has really helped me!!!
