We love Dr. Steiner! She always goes above and beyond for my child anytime I take him there. Her front office staff and nurse are always so welcoming and professional and always remembers my child by name. Dr. Steiner always makes sure you understand everything and always answers any questions I have. She doesn’t rush through the appointments and I’ve never had to wait long in their office. I recommend her to any and everyone!

Would never go back to this office ever again. We were trying to establish our entire family.nThe doctor is a bit on the timid side. Good doctor seems to knows her stuff but terrible at running a business.nStaff does not know how to bill insurance company's correctly. Doctor does not know what prescriptions will be covered with what insurance. We had to wait over a week for the office and doctor to fix the prescription that she wrote incorrectly.nOffice blamed the doctor and unprofessionallynRefused to help rectify the situation.nAfter waiting over a week and four or more calls the follow up appointment was canceled by the doctor. In all my years I have never had a doctor call and cancel and appointment.nWe were left with a mess regarding the insurance. Seems they tried to get way more money then they were entitled to. The insurance company called and wanted us that if they tried to bill us to contact them immediately. Insurance fraud!nI'm just beside myself at the lack of know how and unprofessionalism all around.

I will never recommend this doctors office to anyone. We loved dr stiener. She was all around wonderful. The office staff on the other hand is atroutious. If you ask a question, they will dance around it. If you need any information other than a scheduling an appointment they will give you a very hard time. In the end you won’t get the answers you are looking for. The office needs to look for new staff who has ediquet in customer service, and willingness to help their patients. Save the headache and look elsewhere.

Don't know what happened to my doctor. She was a very good physician. Front desk awful!! Never had problems when practice in Newport News. Anyone knows where she went?
