I brought my wife here for DKA, Lovely staff, treated us like they knew me. She was treated promptly and with great respect, thank you to everyone there.

Let's just say that I've been waiting in the waiting area for 6.5 hours with chest, stomach and back pain. This is absolutely unacceptable!! Surely they'll expect payment in a timely manner!

The nursing staff was kind, as well as the check-in desk. However I was looked over so quickly it was practically negligent. I was placed in a discharge room after waiting and being able to see open rooms. There was no SAMPLE history or any history taken for that matter - I was seen by a physician for .2 seconds, and my injury was practically overlooked. I work in an ER, and I understand prioritizing emergent patients and trying to lower “door to doc to exit” time, but when it compromises patient care, it’s pointless! I sat in my discharge room, forgotten for another hour and a half before they just barely examined my massively swollen leg and sent me out with some naproxen. I could’ve bought my own Advil and saved my time and money. Don’t go to this facility.

Dr. Lifton who is 3 years out of residency, said to a patient who was a family member, that they did not have cancer and was only milking a diagnosis. Pain meds weren't asked for, only an ultrasound imaging study. Patients are treated horribly.

My mom found out a few days ago she has a internal cartoid artery aneurysm in her brain. She's been having excruciating pain and dealing with blurred vision. We took my mom here because her symptoms had not improved. It took my mom over an hour to get back to room. Over 3 hours to get a CT scan, and then another 3 hours to get results. Not once did a nurse or anyone come in the room to check on my mom or to see how her pain was throughout the night. It was like we were not even here. I am ashamed to say I work in the main OR of this hospital because this is the worst ER experience I have ever encountered. On top of that the facility itself had trash everywhere, linen bags full to the top, and the restrooms were disgusting.
