They have a new look. The entire facility was upgraded this year. 12 power racks DB from 5 to 150!! and a full cross fit work out cage. They have some strong man equipment and the basic accessorie machines upstairs with all the carido equipment. 10/10 going again.
I love this gym so much but who do we need to speak to to make it 24 hour access like the Air Force gyms?!? Please!!! Also could use some stairmasters and curve treadmills please and thank you!
One of the best functional fitness gyms in the area! Friendly staff and great equipment. Seasonal pool is a good kept secret!!!
Quiet, qaunt, has everything I would want in a gym. Only issue is one working shower at this time.
