I remember when the Y on Granby used to be a friendly and fun place to visit and exercise. The customer service, friendliness of the staff, and professionalism has truly declined. Hopefully this location can get back to smiling faces at the check in desk. As a military family, the staff at the Y on many occasions became our family with the frequency we would visit. This evening, my husband and I went in to workout and tried to introduce ourselves to Albert at the check in desk. The interaction was tense and not at all friendly. Remind staff that while this may be a place of employment for them, its a recreational area for paying members. We would like to feel welcomed.

Great place to workout. The weight room is very large with plenty of room to move around and the basketball court is a nice bonus.

Great atmosphere...friendly helpful staff...wonderful group exercise instructors and the outdoor pool looks delicious

Doing the group fitness classes, Olathe window walls to keep the space cheerful. Instructors are great!nnI appreciate the large parking lot and bike rack out front for commuting. The outdoor pool looks nice.
