My son has been training here for 2 years and these coaches have completely transformed him. I knew he was struggling with confidence issues and bullying at school and everything I tried at home to help him was failing. It hasn’t always been easy, but they gave him the tools he’s needed to not get mess with at school. It’s really like a family here and leaving this gym is the hardest part about moving. I will be forever grateful to these people for their influence both on my son but also on myself. This gym is definitely where it’s at.

Awesome gym. I love the atmosphere and the coaches. They are great with the kids and I love that my son can do MMA while I am working out. It is like killing two birds with one stone.nnMy only complaint is I wish they had more equipment for working out.

A wonderful place! Funny to hear me say that about a gym but it is! :) I am more familiar with the Alexandria City one which is geared towards a more grown up crowd. Norfolk has everything! Walking in for the first time, I was wonderfully surprised by the 40 something kids training and most of all falling disciplined in organized lines at direction of a couple of coaches. I realized that for some of these kids, the coaches they have here will make a life long impact and may be the closest to family than everything else the kids will ever experience. It was humbling.nSpacious, well maintained, well equipped, well aired out! Good classes. Excellent Muai Tai, Boxing. One little disappointment, especially as I drove from Suffolk every other day to get to it, was that the advertise boxing class was changed at the discretion of the coach, based on the attendees to other type of training. A good place to be! :)

People are professional and very friendly. The gym’s atmosphere feels super good and carry a very positive vibe.

My kids have been taking classes here for over a month now. My kids love it. I Like it so much I decided to join for myself and get a personal trainer. The staff is amazing, Devin at the front is very helpful and coach Nelson is amazing with the kids. And for all patents, this place is way cheaper than other places for martial arts, I recommend trying it out.
