If a member, you get great prices for fuel...
Stopped in for a quick fill-up. I approached the window to pay and the attendees both look at me like I was interrupting them. I made eye contact with the guy who says as he places the sign in the window that it was shift change and continued looking down. The on coming never once looked up. I tapped the glass to ask how long and he states/motions 10 mins. I leave and politely tell a lady who was heading towards the window of the situation. I waited patiently in my vehicle and glanced back in about 4 to 5 mins. and I see someone heading to the window and proceed to pay. I get out and head to the window and I asked the girl why she couldn't haven't came over the speaker or have the off going at least let me/us know they were done. She looked at me very stupidly like she had no clue. Courtesy would be to let the customer know they were done. Very poor customer service. I frequent this BJs and had never experienced such rudeness before. Just saying.
Clean station, competitive diesel price. But tu get advertised price you must have their membership. Otherwise you pay 5cents more.
I love Bjs and the gas station for sure!! The staff kind there. I know that it's annoying when I forget my BJ cards sometime sharing it with my wife, but when I go to the window and ask them to look me up, they don't mind. The BJ gas price is amazing too
This is a great place to get reasonably priced gasoline. It's pretty busy throughout the day, but the hoses reach both sides, so the lines are never too long. My only minor complaint is that it's a little awkward scanning a full size membership card as you have to angle the card since the opening for the scanner is smaller than the card.
