Moved from VA to GA. Actually surprised how smooth everything went. Not only was it the most economic compared to U-Haul, Penske, and PODS, but the service was outstanding. All of my belongings got delivered on time and they were flexible, too. Used all 28' of the trailer and they even provided tie straps and a dolly. The truck was equipped with drop-down dividers that helped keep things in place which was super useful.

Did a VA to CO move. All support reps on phone were great! Drivers communicate an hour before showing up and were both professional and courteous and parked the trailer perfectly! Everything was on time. Great value for doing DITY! All these 5 star reviews are accurate.

Very nice. We had guys come and load and unload the trailer. The trailer was delivered and picked up as requested.

Moved approx 9000lbs (almost a full 28' trailer) from VA to TX. Pick up, delivery and final pick up went flawlessly. I didn't realize the trailer would be on site for 3 full days with pick up on the 4th, which gave us even more time to load/unload. We hired movers to load the trailer. I call them Tetris Masters. There is no possible way we would have fit all of our furniture & boxes without professional expertise.nnThe tracking info was accurate. Trailer travelled faster than anticipated.nnTwo words of caution: the ramp and bulkhead are heavy! Installing the bulkhead and putting the ramp back in the trailer were easily the two heaviest & most difficult items we moved. (or maybe we were just really worn out & tired!) Secondly, the trailer was dirty! I wrapped all furniture (blankets & plastic wrap) but some items still came out with grime from the trailer permanently rubbed onto fabric. Brand new boxes were so dirty we had to unpack outside to avoid damage to carpets.

I have no complaints. everything went as scheduled. i moved from VA to IL, the cube was delivered safely and on time, and nothing was broken. communication was superb too. i must say, the two offices at different locations did their best to get my relocube delivered to me on time (which was my fear initially). they picked up the cube on a Friday and got it delivered to the next destination on a Wednesday. I had a good first time experience with U-pack.
