Oh my goodness this was the best experience from the minute they answered my phone call. They worked so hard to get someone to me within the hour I called after waiting 7.5 hours for a tow truck USAA had arranged for me. I was being threatened by 7- eleven that my broken down truck was going to be towed for “parking” there all day. They were so prompt and professional and sympathetic to my situation, especially the driver, Walter!nIt’s no wonder they have 5 star ratings.
i had a terrible experience with another tow company. thank god for Walter (driver) and Eastern / dads . not only did they take my late night call. they came quickly and communicated efficiently and most importantly handled EVERYTHING with the utmost care . very fair price.nuse this company / and driver whenever possible.
