spent over 3 hours in here to not get what I want. They force you to buy an $8 nail kit , which they didn’t even use on me, but that part was fine. They couldn’t even do a simple heart or “xo” on my nails. Listed price for a full set is 45 but I was charged 65 because they were “long”. My mom was charged 40 for gel polish, even though she asked for a layover, which is acrylic over your nail without tips, they completely ignored her and just did polish. I’ve been getting my nails done for as long as I can remember and I’ve never had such a bad experience. I would not recommend coming here.
Worse experience, week ago went for gel nail polish, the lady painted on my cuticles and ask Janet to fix it, she removed it from cuticles but over coated nail polish it was so uneven, now within week all nail polish came off. They insisted to buy $8 kits which they not gonna use. Waste of money and time.
Lady who did my pedi was kind of rough and hurt a bit.
I love this place. Even with the pandemic they manage to stay clean and open! Thanks Janet and Sindy.
I spend 100++ for pedi n dip powder p&w I saw in the website it said 72 but they charge 107 for it ..and the nails were the good but pedi was fantastic
