This was my first experience with Old Towne, but wont be my last. It was a real pleasure to meet Justin (Bluto) and some of the other staff. I was looking for a beard trim and shave. Justin listened to what I was looking for, gave some suggestions, and did a fantastic job! The trim and shave was only part of this experience however. Getting to know him and his interest in getting to know me is what makes long-term loyal customers and friends. Thanks Bluto and Man Cave! You're top shelf!
Very happy with my new cut. Go see Bluto to clean up all your man hairs. They offer hair and nail services for men and women.
First I should say I didn't get my haircut here. The low rating is service related and I'm not criticizing their skills. I arrived one minute late for a 30 minute appointment and was told that there was a double booking. I scheduled my appointment online on their website which took my name and phone number. I was told that they tried to call me but couldn't find my phone number so I really don't like that not only was there a double booking but that apparently my phone number wasn't recorded by their system either. I would have no problem if there was a double booking and I was called and notified because I understand stuff like that happens occasionally and then I wouldn't have wasted my time driving there.
The experience was awesome very kind managers and staff they make you feel like family. Very good conversation and if you like to watch tv during your cut they have like 10 in there to watch and they let you pick the channel. Can’t wait to be a regular. Trust me you won’t be disappointed
