It's Wendy's.
The customer service is always superb. The drive through moves quickly. They have the best fries. I really enjoy their burgers, always tasty and juicy...I always get their nuggets. I eat here often.
Every single time I go to this Wendy's something is wrong with my order. Every time. We go once a week for lunch because our kids love the chicken nuggets. They can never get the order correct and when I call no one ever answers or it beeps and cuts off. This time my son's nuggets were missing (as a toddler the world has ended with no nuggets) and as a working parent I don't have time to go back through the drive through and wait for them to fix it, and I wouldn't be able to give an order number since we stopped getting receipts with our orders over a month ago. This establishment is a serious disappointment for our kid's weekly nugget run.
It's fast food. They get the order wrong every now and then, but you get what you pay for.
When it's fresh and accurate it's great, but often the food is cold and the orders are inaccurate. Best to head just a little south to magruder and go to that ome
