The food is good but EVERY time I order there they miss a meal and then blame it on Door Dash. So I guess I can eat my $18 Door Dash credit while everyone else eats. I don't know how this place stays in business if this happens frequently with other customers. But as far as I'm concerned it is strike three and Cactus Grill is out!! There are plenty of other takeout places that will send a complete order.
Delicious food, rather expensive and took an absurd amount of time for a small order.nnI ordered two tacos and a drink, and the tacos took 28 minutes to arrive. The tacos are $3/piece, and with tax, my lunch was $10, which means I was charged almost $4 for a drink, which seems wrong.nnEmployees were very nice, but almost half an hour for two street tacos is a bit much. My experience seems to be unusual from the great reviews.
It’s really hard for me to find authentic Mexican food but cactus grill gets the job done! Absolutely love it and I would give it 5 stars but the music is excessively loud, it’s a restaurant, not a bar.
We like it a lot food is good great place to go for casual dinning. Good service and timely. I usually stop in for lunch and get the street taco ud83cudf2e
