I love Dr. Donaldson but trying to get someone to answer the phone is like pulling teeth. I have been calling all morning with no answer. The one time I do get someone to answer, she puts me on hold and never comes back. I'm hanging up after holding for 11 minutes 48 seconds.

Her bedside manners as a doctor are horrible, she shows little interest in her patients. I do not recommend going to her. She is very unprofessional.

I found Dr Donaldson to be very professional but personable. She has a great bedside manner and really listens to her patient. I have never felt rushed during my visit with her. She gives you the good and the bad of medical options. Thank you Dr. Donaldson for your service! My Dad and I appreciate you taking care of us!

The doctor is AMAZING, the front desk staff needs serious customer service improvement. I have been there twice and both times I have not had the best experience with them. I had a scheduling issue and it seemed like trying to help me was an inconvenience. They would call me up and tall amongst themselves as if I'm not there at the desk. It was so rude.I'm sure the ladies work hard at their actual jobs, but interactions with patients needs to be improved. Once I get to the back to my actual appointment is like night and day! The nurses are so nice! The doctor is informative and delightful, it almost makes getting through the rude desk staff worth it.

My husband and I are patience of Dr Donaldson we both are quiet found of her and comfortable with her as our Primary Dr we both love the location of the Dr office is location I’ve never had a problem with my service at Fort Norfolk Plaza staff is Nice
