I’d love to give Dr. Quidgley a much higher review, because once I could finally get to see him, he was caring, understanding, and compassionate however, my review is tempered by the fact that as a physician, he is required to observe the Hippocratic oath to ensure his patients are taken care of and to do no harm. His practice is doing harm to his patients. I was discharged because I missed an appointment I didn’t know about until the next day. The practice routinely forgot to fill medications, forcing me into withdrawal. I am now in barely manageable pain, unable to find a new practice, out of pain medication, and suffering as a result. I reached out to every person in the practice who was NOT administrative staff, only to be replied to by ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF informing me I was discharged, I could request a reinstatement in writing once I received my letter, which over 6 weeks later, I have yet to receive. Thanks to their abusive and fraudulent practices, I cannot find a decent practice in the region to take me, and my primary care physician cannot treat me. Thank you, sir. Thank you for caring more about your bottom dollar than the patients you are supposed to care for and treat. Thank you for willfully allowing us to experience the torturous pain we endure because of your mismanaged practice, and your failure to address the abuses going on.nnI don’t regret asking questions, I don’t regret calling your practice out. I only regret not leaving your practice before I was discharged, screwing myself over treatment wise. Thanks for leaving your discharged patients in agony while you sit in your gilded cage.

This whole practice is horrible. Nobody ever answers their phones and if you leave a message nobody ever gets back in touch with you. The whole practice should be shut down for negligence!!!

I was discharged after not a getting a drug screening yet they never informed me to get one and i was in the office the week before. Office staff also claimed the called house when In fact they never called and that was confirmed. Highly unethical of a Dr practice. They never answer their phones when u call and if ur fortunate to get through they put you on hold 4ever and then disconnect you.

DONT COME HERE. Terrible patient relations. 1 hour 45 min. on hold. Often let me run out of meds. I've had fibromyalgia for 30 years, had to retire 10 yrs early, so I'm not faking. Now I've been dropped but not notified until 2 weeks later, after I was out of pain meds.

This office is going through outrageous upheaval. Doctors don’t show up on virtual appointments and can not be reached by phone. They eventually apologize profusely, then accuse you of missing appointments and discharge without warning. They cancel and reschedule appointments at whim then have it appear that the patient has cancelled appointments. There is no honor. No one can be reached in the office. EVMS corporate came in and combed through computers looking to do a mass drop of patients. The fact that they have the ability to tarnish someone’s name against getting future care is really scary.
