Dr. Kwan is one of the finest physicians and human beings that I have ever met in my 68+ years. Do not hesitate to see her.

First off you can't even get anyone to answer let alone talk to somone but when they answer you get nasty attitude from KAREN she is so DAM rude, and never let's you talk this has happen some many times and last week took was the worst. I went with my mother to her Dr's appointment and it was the worst ever I mean KAREN was the nastiest person I have ever seen. So usually they write down her next appointment and this visit she would not write down her next appointment she refuse to she has been nastiest ever to my mother every time she talks to her she is very very rude. I have been on the phone with my mother during these conversations and it took everything in me not to say anything she was very disrespectful .And this has been told to Dr. Kwon and nothing has been done. The office manager was there when the situation happen. This is the worst ever they are suppose to be in health care and they don't care at all. There is something that needs to be done about this. I will be taking further actions because this is ridiculous and unprofessional on some many levels. They ban us from ever coming back because of how we had to react to KAREN all because she wouldn't write down the information that my mother ask for. SO BEWARE

Dr. Kwon is great however her scheduler is the worst. Holding time is 4 to 6 hours before someone answers. The receptionist is rude, unwilling to listen to patient and overall is hurting Dr. Kwons medical . profession. In addition, she hung up on me in the middle of a conversation. I would not recommend this pain clinic due to horrible staff. Further the follow my health video system is difficult to navigate and i missed 2 appts trying to connect and the scheduler blamed me for no show and threatened to dismiss me from the clinic due to no fault of my own. BEWARE

She listens. She cares. Shes awsome. She not like other pain management facilities.

I absolutely would not recommend this doctor. The Doctor's work ethics are absolute garbage.
