Unhelpful, dismissive doctor. Go here if you want to wipe out your entire deductible in one visit. Was charged literally thousands for some simple blood work.

My 85 year old mom can’t get an all call doc to call her back this last Sunday night even though I called the answering service twice. Even the answering service was miffed. We got her in for a UTI test 3 days ago and still no one calls her or calls in medication. An 85 year old. Incredibly irresponsible.

The staff here is lazy and not very friendly. We called about 5 minutes to 8am, on hold for 10 mins, get someone at 8:05 to hear them say their not open, call back in 5 mins? She does say the Dr. was nice.

My Doctor is wonderful. The staff is by far the worst. Every time I come in to the office upstairs, the receptionists are very rude and have attitudes. I called today for a same day appointment with my Doctor and was told by Tammy very rudely that the Doctor was booked up and if it’s such an emergency, then I need to go to the ER. Never asked about symptoms. I asked to see anyone and her response, “I told you, I don’t have anyone that can see you today”. If you are a person that always has an attitude, then working with sick people is not the job for you. Tammy’s customer service was absolutely deplorable. I personally cannot believe it. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I might need to find another Doctor at an office with better staff.

Tried to refill a prescription for albuterol. My doctor left and care was not transferred. Currently out of town and refused to fill my prescription! Do NOT go here
