I have been a dental patient of LWSS for over 25 years. I continue to use LWSS because of the great work they have performed and the good folks that work there. And, when there has been a situation requiring immediate care they have always been able to get me in and get the problem fixed.
My youngest was nervous after a visit to another clinic he had been to for 6 years. When we walked in he felt at ease and loves his hygienist. The clinic is clean, implements were all new and the Dentist was amazing as well. He is now willing to go every time now.
My daughter has been going here for three years now and we are both extremely happy with our experiences
I went through the same thing as Cynthia Dunn. I specifically asked if this procedure (crowns) for my 3 year old daughter was covered and how much did my insurance not cover BEFORE the procedure, they said I didn't have to worry. Next thing you know, i found out that the procedure wasn't covered by dental so I had to call my medical insurance to cover it and still was stuck with a $5k bill. RIDICULOUS!! Currently looking for a new Dentistry.
They are always very pleasant and courteous when I take my children to their office. I never ever have a long wait time and they are very professional. This is by far the best dentist/orthodontist office in Hampton Roads
