Don’t trust them! He prescribed the antibiotics but he didn’t check my daughter’s theeth.I asked what is going on so they decided to take off the thooth.I never go there again! Would recommend stay far away them

They sent my wife and 5 year old daughter away without addressing her 2 cavities because my daughter has a gag reflex and they had a hard time getting the x-ray???? Told them to get another dentist!!!nnYOU SHOULD TOO!

I got to the Janaf location last Saturday and was turned away because I was “late” - although I was a few minutes late, I stood for 15 minutes outside waiting for my family to be invited in. At first, the lady I spoke with (who by the way, would not give me her name) initially told me that my appointment was at 8 am and that I was too late. When she realized that she was wrong, my appointment was at 9 - she still offered no apology. She was extremely rude to the dental staff (one of them offered her name and I think it was Barbara) and even argued with her in front of me. The receptionist, Kayla, was there to witness this. I asked for a call back and was promised I would have a call on Monday. Today is Thursday and I went in for an orthodontic appointment. The lady was there and so was the manager, Sherry. When I asked to speak to Sherry, the receptionist went and spoke to her but then told me that she was on her way out but that if she was back after my appointment, she would speak to me. I looked Sherry in the eye as she passed by me and my family. After my appointment time, I asked if the manager was back and was told she left. I asked the scheduling member to write down my name and number and asked for a call today or tomorrow but have not heard back. You would think someone would have at least had the decency to give me a call. Very disappointed and after the initial work is done, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I am writing because I WAS a potential new patient. I tried to go to the office in Norfolk in the Janaf shopping center to schedule an appointment. When I got there, there were a crowd of people at the door inside blocked off. And they scream at you like you’re an animal to get checked in. Those girls yell to the patients and ask what they’re here for, as if I want to say why I’m coming there in front of all these people. Very rude! You’d think they would come to greet you at the door since they close their lobby down. I understand it’s Covid-19, but yelling across the office (a place of business in which is very unprofessional), is not the way to assure me that my info isn’t being yelled where everyone can hear it. What happened to people’s privacy? I just want to let you know that you have LOST my business and I will be Telling all my family and friends NOT to come here!

I wish I read the reviews before attempting to book an appointment.nI scheduled an appointment online for both of my kids for the same day, same time.nGot two email appt notifications- one said that the appointment was set for the kid that really needed it and the second email said the appt wasn’t set for the other kid because of overbooking and I was given another possible appt date that was a month later.nI LATER noticed that way further down in the email that said my other kids appt wasn’t set - it said ‘ I am sorry but (other child’s name) wasn't schedule that was the wrong email sent’.nWhat?...you wrote at the end of an automatic email that my other kids appt wasn’t actually set as well instead of calling?nnBack to arriving at what I thought was a scheduled appointment. They were only allowing one family to check in at a time even though their waiting room has decent space for social distancing. We were waiting outside for about 10 min with three or four other families before it was our turn.nWe finally get past check in just to be told that my other sons appt wasn’t actually scheduled because of an issue with their online booking system. I tell them my kid really needed the appointment but was given other scheduling dates, of which were not going to work for me. I moved my schedule around just for this appointment. She then added that I couldn’t bring my other kid with me once I rescheduled because only one person(the parent) can be with the patient during the appt. That’s understandable but I just declined services. The icing on the cake was as we were walking out, they were snickering and laughing...not once but twice before we exited. Not saying they were laughing at us but it was definitely unprofessional in this situation.nnIf I was actually called about neither appt. being booked I wouldn’t have had to waste my time, but I’m glad to know that this is not the place I want caring for my kids dental services. I regret ever attempting to book an appt here and I suggest finding another provider.
