Hands down, one of the best experiences I’ve had at the dentist! I was hesitant after reading some of the previous reviews but they accepted my insurance so I took a chance. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by both receptionists who were smiling and laughing together as I walked in. (Their initial greeting immediately put me at ease). I had to fill out new paperwork and after I was done I was called back within 5 minutes! No waiting at this office. I first met with the lady who cleaned my teeth, she really sat down and explained everything to me as she was going. During my appointment I heard some background laughter amongst the staff which again made me feel at ease. I could tell that the employees there really enjoy their jobs. I then met Dr. Forbes who greeted me with a smile and examined my teeth. I had a couple cavities which were discussed in detail. I felt as if each and every person their was focused solely on me! After my appointment, I was brought up front again and the blond receptionist already had the expected cost of my cavities ready for me. She explained in detail of what I would be responsible for at my next appointment. I’ve NEVER had a dental appointment go so smoothly! These people really care about their patients!

This place only wants your money. My husband went here to get some cavities filled and they didn’t put his insurance in the right way so he ended up having a $300 bill. They blamed it all on him and they were unwilling to work with us about the payment. They also told my husband he had eight cavities but we went to a different dentist and he only had two. Prior to this he had a cavity filled and messed up terribly. Do NOT go here there are way better dentist in the area that actually care for you.

This is one of the worst dental practices I have experienced in my life. It seems as though they find unnecessary procedures to perform. In addition, the offices look like they need a good cleaning and the equipment looks antiquated. I asked for my dental records so that I can find another dentist. I'll never go back there.

No complaints about the staff, who were all awesome. The dental hygienist, although nice, spent less than 5 minutes cleaning my teeth. I have decent dental hygiene, but it's been 7 years since I've seen a dentist, ain't no way my mouth is that clean. The assistant was really nice and did a great job polishing my teeth. The dentist herself recommended I do something about my missing tooth, and did a great job explaining why it was important, but didn't offer a very good explanation or estimate for the financial cost. Didn't explain long term outcomes for each option, which was frustrating. Got a referral to an oral surgeon and probably won't come back.
