Just took a few minutes to board the bus.. everything was fine and on Time

The ride was nice, it some of the passengers were something else. Good workers on the train.

Joe was awesome made a bomb philly cheesesteak sub for me.

Lay over. Told me busses were full and they were not and I'm stuck here for two days. But calling last calls multiple times. And the bus driver saying the bus was not at full capacity. The best they could do for there screw up was get me a ticket back to the place I was already going. But a longer route. And yeah not very helpful. Kind of just said good luck. Thank for using Amtrak

This is by far the worst Amtrak station I've ever been in. Staff are completely rude, illiterate and have no knowledge on how to assist or direct passengers. Train staff doesn't follow the direction on how to board the handicap sitting in the lower level (1st). I had to carry my own "heavy" baggage from the station to the train and locate my own seat. What's the point of having a pre-boarding procedure in place if the ignorant staff both in the station and off the train. This station should be avoided if at all possible.
