Super slow to get our food because of a down grill, but the staff was so incredibly sweet and let us know right away. We loved the food once we got our plates and the atmosphere is comfortable. We will be making the drive out there again!
The food overall is great, BUT my wife and I HIGHLY recommend staying away from the chowder. The clam chowder was watery and had no flavor, it was honestly as if they just threw the ingredients in a pot of water and served it. Just like we said in the first sentence, the food is good, but the soup is a blight on their menu. Aside from that, they never have the crab quesadillas on their menu for some reason and the shecrab soup was only for real special lovers(not necessarily a bad thing) so if you aren't a fan I would avoid it. Between my family and myself we have tried about 10 menu items, only one I say is BAD is that the chowder.
Best fried seafood I’ve had in a long time. Server was very pleasant. Overall excellent experience.
Best scallops i have had in a while. Nice view over the marsh. Great friendly service.
The service and food is super hit or miss, went there once with few other customers, and it was delicious. Went there when there was a party of people there we waited an hour for dry flounder and barely cooked scallops.
