At first I had really good experiences here and the staff was friendly. However, there is a new guy there who happens to be working everytime I come in. He is slow, talks way too quietly, and mumbles. He is not nice. It is important to enunciate and speak a little louder especially because masks and check out dividers makes it harder to hear. It's like he doesn't care at all and puts in zero effort to even be a little friendly. I miss the older lady who wears glasses, she was SOOO sweet! I'm not sure if she left or if she just works different hours, but I really miss her proper customer service and kind demeanor. This new guy is very unpleasant to deal with and makes me want to switch pharmacies.

Our doctor submitted my daughter prescription at 8am I came at 1pm to pick it up it was not ready. I then waiting 1 hour with my sick daughter who has the flu. Went up to check and it looks like the pharmacist just started working on it. I will definitely not use this pharmacy again

Dr lian Nguyen is the best , she is great person and very helpful, I asked her about my son and she went over her limits to explain and do more than possible search and help to find the medication. She is very kind and sweetheart. Thanks a lot Dr and god bless you and your family .

Great little pharmacy. The staff is always friendly and helpful. One of the pharmacists - I think her name is Lynn - has often above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

My insurance changed my pharmacy from Shoppers down the road to here. The pharmacist at Shoppers spoiled me I guess. Assistants and pharmacists are not friendly and are very unhelpful when I've run into issues with my insurance.
