Great Workers who are friendly and take great care of their animals. They never fail to help me and my reptiles. Very informative and have great answers to any questions I ask them.

great customer service, very helpful and answered all questions we needed. Tony was amazing in setting us up with a jungle pattern pastel ball python and even pointed in direction of breeding, he loves his store and every animal in it! we came in with a bearded dragon we rescued and although she didn't come from his store, he helped look her over and tell us what we needed to get her back in good health. we will return for all our needs.

I got a water dragon from them. They sold him at 15% off because he was not doing well. He was extremely emaciated. His face very sickly looking. I had seen him the week before looking a little rough. The guy there said they thought he had worms and was treating him. A week latter I went back and he looked much worse. I asked if he seen the vet since he had deteriorated and the guy said no and didn't think they would take him. I asked what kind of discount for a dying animal. The girl only gave me 15%. I took him home. The next day took him to a reptile veterinary. He has metabolic bone disease, pin worms, mouth rot, broken tail, and an eye infection. This is not the first animal I have rescued from this store. He is the 3rd. The people that work there are not properly educated. I've heard them give wrong information to people. The owner is never there anymore. He is always off at the reptile shows. Maybe he should cut back on the shows and make sure this animals are properly taken care of. This store has more sick animals then it should. I understand having sick animals, but the number there is a ridiculous. They are not properly treating them. I feel they are only in it for the money. I have had the water dragon (named him Edgar) for a week. He is already looking better. He is on a high calcium diet and medication for his eye and mouth that a qualifying that veterinary prescribed. He now has a fighting chance.

A shame that the store had to downsize but yet is trying to cram more and more into it. The appeal is just not there any more.nOne thing does stay awesome, Toni.nHis LOVE of animals and honest nature is what keeps me going back.nFelicia and her easy going nature makes it a pleasure to do business.
