I would give no stars if possible. Maybe it's because we purchased the car outright rather than on payments, but now that there is an issue, less than a week after purchasing the car (which has been proven by two separate shops to have been caused prior to purchase) they refuse to cover the cost of repair. Gotta love a dealership that takes advantage of both a single mother and a combat-disabled, decorated, Navy veteran. I have messages detailing the request for them to rectify the situation, a recording of the manager refusing and hanging up on me, and letters from both shops explaining how there was evidence that this was prior damage. They have made it abundantly clear that they have no plans to fix the issues, so my hope is that someone will read this and be better informed of just how these people do business.

I would give them 0 stars if I could I bought a chevy from them and they made the impression that I could go to the DMV and register the car myself. I took off work twice to get this done and both times dmv told me because they were a online dealership I had to go through the dealership. I was given 2 different prices from this dealership on how much the whole process would take being $1,000. When I bought this to their attention they hung up on me and ignored my next 2 calls including a 3rd call from another number. NEVER AGAIN!

So far I’ve waited a year for the title of my car to be sent to me, no updates on whether it has been sent or not, been giving me the run around about it for several months now

I LOVE SCOTT. I was annoyed by another company who was stringing me along for over 2 weeks in regard to getting a vehicle and he literally saved the day (& my sanity). He had me in an AMAZING SUV in less than 24 hours. He was so quick and informational I had almost NO questions! I will definitely go back here for all of my vehicle needs as well as refer all of my friends & family! Super polite & very friendly!!!

Easiest car buying experience**nI did a lot of research and found a car of theirs through USAA service. I was helped by Scott, who was extremely patient, transparent, and did not try to force me into a deal like a typical dealer would. He gave me a very fair price and a discount for using USAA. This was the least stressful car buying experience I've ever had, and I highly suggest going to him over a big dealer like Priority. These guys will treat you right. Super happy with the car as well.
