Here to see Kevin and he is very polite and professional. It meant so much that he called to check on me to ensure I was arriving. Very welcoming staff (David) from my car to the door.

This place would have had our business if not for the way the manager Rick basically took a sale away from his newer sales man(Ethan) and gave us to a salesman that new less about his own lots of cars than we did. We basically walked in and met Ethan and sat down at his desk when he was called into Rick's office and told (loud enough for me and my wife to hear) that he is not service customers alone he is to shadow the uninformed salesman. We did not like how that was handled. It was rude to Ethan and unprofessional. Southern will not be getting our business while people like Rick work and treat their people like this. By the way, the uninformed salesman started our conversation with we are short staffed because a number of people just up and quit. Well I wonder why.

Got my Dodge charger from here. The hospitality program is awesome. JACOB was awesome. Helped us every step of the way anything we needed he made it happen. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great car with a good place and good people behind it!!!!
