I was quite surprised that a small dealership tucked away by the train tracks in Norfolk would offer so much to customers who want a car without hassle. The service warranty was definitely the biggest surprise, as most Buy Here places couldn't care less about the relationship with the customer--they just want a quick buck. Joel's is actually about the relationship with you. To that end, repeat purchases are welcomed and encouraged!
