Robert, is an amazing sales person to work with! He made it happen for us, and we got the payment we wanted, he never gave up and stood by our side the whole time we were negotiating numbers. If you need someone to be on your side when you're buying a vehicle, I would highly recommend going to see Robert at PRIORITY FORD. Robert and management really do treat you like family. The best part is the fact that they were never pushy, demanding, or aggressive while negotiating numbers! Now I understand why everyone is driving around in Priority Ford vehicles, best place to purchase your vehicles. Managers there are amazing as well, I had to make it a point to go back again just to thank them and show the all the love they deserve. Let me just put it out there THEY REALLY DO MAKE YOU A PRIORITY!

Priority saved the day! I woke up on a Saturday morning and headed out the door to a full schedule for the day only to find my tire had gone flat! I was able to get the spare on but knew I could not drive on that for long. I drove directly to Priority’s quick lane where I was greeted by Lauren who was friendly and quickly checked my vehicle in so I could get on my way to the first part of my day. Lauren’s texts to keep me posted on my vehicle progress was helpful to not distract me from celebrating a friend’s birthday. The car was ready to go after they fixed my tire, replaced my rear windshield wiper, and gave my car a full complimentary check. I was able to pay online so when I picked up my car I got my keys and was on my way to my son’s baseball practice! The whole experience was so easy my day was only delayed by the time it took me to put on the spare. I am so grateful I picked a priority vehicle and have them to help me through what could have been a day of missed activities but instead I never missed a beat!nThank you, Lauren & Priority!

Dropped my car off the night before for a state inspection. Received a call around 10 AM the following morning stating my vehicle was ready. Great service and prompt calls to let me know it was ready. Truly enjoy the text message to be able to pay in advance. Come by to pick up the vehicle and they have the vehicle, receipt and keys ready for me. Truly professional. Special thanks to Lauren.

I just want to say I highly recommend Priority Ford. I had an awesome experience there. Not only do they have the best warranties I've ever seen, my salesman Leland went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. If you want a great deal get on over there and make sure you ask for Leland. He will take good care of you

I always come to priority ford because of the level of service I receive when I come. Jonathan ALWAYS looks out for me and makes sure that I am completely satisfied with my visit. Sometimes it is about the level of service you receive and not the price of the service. I will continue to come to priority because of Jonathan and the level of service he and his team provide.
