This was not a good place to purchase any vehicle. It seems they work off good reviews, meaning they make you feel as though you are in great hands you got a great deal and you were greatly looked out for, so you will then go give them a great review. Carterra is bogus !! I definitinley learned my lesson shouldve paid attention to the signs before even purchasing my vehicle as the engine light was still on anyway. I hope anyone who decides to give their money away to this place really does their research on who they might be dealing with.

Stay away! We had the worst experience buying a car. Paul was very rude and needs to get a much better understanding of good customer service. They tried to take advantage of my daughter, and when I got involved, they had alot of explaining to do to rectify the problem. Your typical experience when referring to a dishonest, disrespectful used car dealership. My daughter was in an accident (not her fault) and the car she bought from here was considered a total loss. Check the response from Carterra, since they continue to be unsympathetic to our unfortunate situation. Thankfully my daughter wasn't hurt too bad. I reiterate to stay away from this dealership!

I absolutely LOVE CarTerra! Paul Zimmerman is the best. I have never felt more comfortable with purchasing a vehicle than I have with them. Very honest and dependable. I could still count on him even after I took my car home. I honestly can say this was the best interaction with a dealership I've ever had, hands down!

Paul Zimmerman is the best auto salesman in life ! I recommend everyone I know to visit carterra lot for any new or used vehicle and will be very satisfied with the purchase ! Great environment, friendly, clean, and professional ! That was the absolute best encounter I have ever experienced dealing with auto sales !! EVERYONE GO TO CARTERRA RIGHT ACROSS NEWTOWN ROAD !! 10 stars if I could !
