This bus company was contracted by the school of my kid. Poor service by the manager he cant deal with our complaints he will walked out of the issue and end your conversation with no resolution. Very unprofessional. Also the dispatcher must be the manager too they will hanged up on you while talking to them.nThey agreed on paper where we requested the pick up and drop off for my kid and they didnt do it. We paid extra for this bus company for their transportation services. The manager was just rude after Im explaining to him about the safety of my kid. The school will be notified, Im hoping they change this bus company.
