The studio is warm, inviting, and Elizabeth has done an excellent job creating a sense of community. I've taken classes with her and Kim, and have used what I've learned there in developing my own home practice. Both instructors are so FOUNDATIONAL and intentional - I hear their voices when I keep my shoulders on my back, and resist the urge to throw myself into a cobra. One thing I have noticed is less-than-body-positive talk from substitute instructors - I'm not taking a yoga class to 'work anything off', 'burn fat', or 'earn an extra [whatever]'. That can be disheartening to a bigger body.
