I’ve been a member since 2004. The establishment is continuously innovating and providing a great experience.nnThe management is great! Alexandra Weaver is the assistant manager of the facility and always ensures her members are having the best experience. It’s never about signing up members with Alex and her staff, it’s providing a world class experience.
Really enjoyed this gym. Staff are professional and nice. Great people. Unfortunately since it’s no longer 24/7 and they open at 5am, it is impossible for me to get in early enough before work to train. For $90 a month it really should be a 24/7 gym in my humble opinion. They state COVID-19 for the limited hours, however other gyms in the area are maintaining 24/7 hours of operation. Employees I spoke to confirmed they most likely will never return to 24/7. Unfortunate.
They offered me a one month free promotion, and then charged me for two months and refused to refund me. The manager tried to avoid communicating with me at all times because he was very much aware of the unauthorized charges and didn't care whatsoever
Horrible Gym.nManagers are EXTREMELY rude. Not a gym for real lifters. You are not allowed to use chalk, or even bring gym bag with you! You can only get your day ruined by rude managers if you train at this gymnnI'd say most members here are very nice and I made a lot of friends at this gym. But that doesn't change the fact that this gym's employees (not trainers) SUCK!
Ridiculous opening hours = ridiculously crowded. Fed up with the Covid excuses. Nobody upstairs has a mask on anyway.
