Was hesitant to rate this gym because I hate a crowded gym. The better the ratings the more people come. However given all the negative reviews I also don't want my location to close.nnThis gym is a good size, all the equipment and free weights you need. If you want a gym that Pampers you, this is not it. It's for those who are self motivated hence 24hr access... it's implied. I've been active in Gyms for over 20 years, this isn't the fanciest, but far from the worst. I think for the money and 24hr access, it's the perfect spot.nnI've been working out here for last 4 years.

Beyond disappointed in their customer service. After multiple months of trying to get a hold of someone via multiple phone numbers, emails, speaking with different ABC Financial representatives and supervisors I am still waiting to receive a cancellation form to cancel my membership and continue to be charged.
This gym does not care about customer’s contract and only wants rip off with millions of excuses. DO NOT SIGN UP this gym unless you want to regret a big time.
How come you guys keep charging me if the gym it’s close???? Doesn’t make sense
