Welcoming and Efficient! Amazingly Courteous and kind staff! Stopped to get cookies for my wife and kids waiting outside. I was struggling to get my google wallet to work and the staff was not impatient but very helpful. Thank you so much! We look forward to coming back.
Ordered a day ahead. When I arrived they were still warm. The workers were friendly and greeted me nicely. I have had better cookies but for this price and the amount they were great. Would order from them again.
Insomnia Xookies is good (especially when planning your food coma). Insomnia Cookies is a chain and knowing that I would imagine this location would have a consistently full menu. But that could also just be that I keep missing the confetti and red velvet cookies.
Husband & kids loved it. The small piece of chocolate chip cookie they left for me was delicious!
After our ramen dinner, I found a coupon on the Insomnia website, so our family decided to give them a shot. The staff is young and most of them hang out in the back on their phones, but the two that helped us were prompt, super friendly, and chill. ⭐⭐⭐ rating because even though the cookies were warm and tasted OKAY, they were over priced ud83dudcb2ud83dudcb2 for what I was expecting. I do think it is a nice concept for college students at ODU; especially since a majority of them have no kitchens when living in the dorms, so this is a great alternative for those that want some baked goods, but unable to make them ud83eudd17
