I didnt even want to give any stars. I placed an order in June and never heard from the owner. Them I stopped by the store to talk to her about the order she told me to email her and she will get my order done as soon as she can. I did what she asked but never recieved anything from her. I have emailed her about a dozen times, called no answer, Facebook message no answer. Everytime I went to the store it was closed even after google stated she was open. I don't actually know what her store hours are. But now I have to get a hold of my bank and see if I can even get my money back. I will never order from this place again.

Came by at noon and the store was not open. Called to find out store hours and no one answered. Better off going to Carrie's Cakes and Confections for keto friendly treats.

After my moh met with this bakery ( I being an out of town bride ) I was given a quote for my wedding cake, details and all included, I was so excited to use her for my special day..I was told she would be mailing me my sample piece the next day. That was a month ago, she then disappeared, did not answer my phone calls or emails. I understood it was the holidays and just wanted an update..so unprofessional, I still haven't heard a word and can no longer get in contact with her. Unacceptable, unprofessional.

I ordered a keto pecan pie from here and went to pick it up on my way home from work today and when I walked inside the place smelled like you landed in paradise lol It just had a warm vibe from the moment I walked in, and the best part they had my order ready waiting for me and it was still warm, and for the taste of this pecan pie let me just say I hope they thrive and open up more bakeries around VA because that pie was the best pecan pie I ever had and I will always go back to buy from them and nowhere else.

They are awesome I had a custom birthday cake made here and everyone wanted a second slice, lucky for me I ordered a big cake
