Mike is unprofessional as it gets , his lack of communication & bad attitude twd me the other day was pitiful & just sorry! , I immediately changed my mind & left when he gave me his pathetic childish response after I asked how much emissions were.. I'm not the only one that has had an experience like this, I have plenty of friends&family in Yorkshire that knows who he is by his attitude. .nI've went to sonoco just for BILL as my whole family has been residents of Yorkshire for years we've always thought of bill as family , I feel bad he has to work around someone like mike all day. I'll be back but only for bill.
These people are clear, helpful and honest when it comes to your vehicle. Im speaking about the mechanics.. The cashiers in the front could use better management.
The only people I would trust with my car.
