I love coming in. I always feel welcomed and it is just such a warm, loving environment. My boys come with me and they love coming in and seeing everyone. Everyone there is so sweet and because of a lot of their recommendations my babies have had a lot of their issues go away.

I made a trip from Va Beach to this store and I can honestly say-it was worth the trip!! The staff couldn’t be more helpful!! I even witnessed- (both people working)-them getting down onto the floor to help a furr customer get fitted for a harness!! It was wonderful to see such attention to detail and an honest desire to have “happy customers”!nAs I was checking out, I asked about a particular product line and the owner was quick to respond that she would look into it!nWhere else can you go where you will see an unwavering desire to be the BEST at customer service?? It was SO refreshing!!nnThey have a great selection of food, treats, collars, clothing, and even some cute house decor!!nnGo check them out-this a rare gem of a store!!

We love this store. Not only can we get all the best things for our cats and dogs, we also get the best advice. With a senior kitty who gets sick often we were looking for a new feeding solution and the staff at PP offered up that solution right away and we've had great success with it. The personal shopping experience and their commitment to the community is why we will continue to use them.

What a great place. Good choices of food for my dog. Great treats to spoil her with. Will continue to support these local owners instead of a big box store.
