You haven't been taking our recycling. It's at the point where we have recycling piling up in one room because we have no idea where to put it. Our recycling can has been full for over a month and you aren't taking it but still seem to be taking our money for the service you aren't doing.

It seems like most everyone that works here is extremely rude and ignorant. I have to make multiple calls to get anything handled.

Once again they didn't pick up our recyclables again... This happens way to much, yet they keep taking our money for a service that we dont get...

I have lived several different places in my adult life and have never had such comprehensive support from a trash pickup service. if you give them 8 hours of notice, they will come and pick up JUST ABOUT ANYTHING. They're always polite and helpful on the phone, too.

For the last two recycling cycles blue cans have not been picked up on designated days. Whats up?
