Been shopping here for years! Great, friendly, helpful people! They sell a huge selection of pet supplies. And have lots of pet services.
Most everyone there is very nice and since I shop there often they know my dog by name. They are always willing to answer any questions you have about dog food, shampoo etc. They also have a reasonably priced eight week dog training course taught by a great trainer Mike.
They have a wide selection of all you will need for your pet. Knowledgeable and caring staff.
Great selection. Everything you could need for your dog. I usually go to the Kempsville locaton closer to home but the diamond springs store has great rescue and dock dig events
They got my cat in right away and trimmed her nails pretty quickly. By the time I walked around the store and bought a few items they were done. They were really friendly as well.
