The front staff are HORRIBLE and I do mean HORRIBLE they don't make eye contact, can be extremely rude and unprofessional but I believe it's because they are stretched thin and lack proper administrative etiquette and not because they are just mean people.nnDr Amy however, is the best doctor I have seen. He is extremely thorough and really advocated for me when my insurance company gave push back. Upon initially arriving to his office I had records faxed in from all over the place and it was evident in our first meeting that he had read every report. That meant a lot to me because the practice I visited prior to this one I had to remind the neurologist every visit of all the reports that HE had done. He didn't remember what we had discussed and he didn't take the time to review and or take notes. Very discouraging, but I am thankful I found Dr. Amy.

Saw Dr Amy for six years. He was incredibly helpful and listened. Great in-office etiquette, great follow through, very thorough.

Dr. Amy is spiteful and bitter. He falsified medical records, causing a lot of problems for me.
