Bartolozzi called me 45 mins before my appt, asking to reschedule for two hours later on the same day, and I obliged. For my flexibility, I was rewarded with a one hour wait after arriving at the time he requested. Entered the room with no introduction, nor mention of my 60+mins wait, only asking “what are you here for?” Clearly, he didn’t take the time to read the paperwork I filled out.nn4 days later I’m still waiting on the office staff to “check the calendar” to find a date/time for my surgery. Called once to check on the status and was told they were still trying to figure out scheduling.

Dr. Bartolozzi made me feel comfortable and at least semi-relaxed during a very stressful time. He took the time to explain everything, and has wonderful bedside manner, which is extremely rare these days. I was lucky to have him doing the surgery for me.

Very professional and knowledgeable in regards to my procedure. I highly recommend Dr.Bartolozzi if you are going to have any surgical procedures done.

When I found out I had to have gallbladder surgery my pcp referred me to Dr Bartolozzi. During my consult with Dr Bartolozzi he was very pleasant and compassionate. He explained to me in details about what to expect during my surgery. I just recently had my surgery. On my surgery date Dr. Bartolozzi was very reassuring and confident that the surgery would go well. He's bedside manner is top notch. After my surgery he called me 2 days later to see how I was doing. Wow! Talk about professional and caring... he's one of the best! I highly recommend him to everyone.

I had my first consult with Dr.Bartolozzi today. The whole entire staff and Dr.Bartolozzi were so pleasant! Everyone was so kid friendly to my kids who had to tag along for my visit. I was very happy with the pleasant experience and care. Thank you! :)
