This office is the worst. We were there HOURS after our appt time and still werent called. They wanted us to make another appt just to pick up physical form. Terrible staff. Definitely wont be back EVER.

This doctor's office won't release records without making you come in for an unnecessary appointment. When we transferred to a new doctor I was asked to come in for an exit interview before my son's records would be released.
